Man in his mid-30s needs assistance with revoking a power of attorney in Texas and in Florida. Client's Mother has a power of attorney for him that was executed in Florida. Mother remains in Florida. Client left for Texas to separate himself from his mother, whom he asserts is mishandling his affairs. She was his designated payee, and he has been able to remove her.
