In order for us to help, you must go through an application process. You can apply 24 hours a day and 7 days a week by applying online.
You can also apply by calling the toll-free number listed for the office that serves you. Each LSLA office has a designated time for non-emergency applications taken over the phone. Due to COVID-19, we are not currently scheduling in-person application appointments.
