Interfaith of The Woodlands and CarePartners® join together to educate caregivers and serve as a valuable resource for our community through the annual Caregivers Conference. This wonderful event benefits many individuals and is a unique opportunity for caregivers to access resources and information traditionally unavailable to family caregivers. The event will feature 13 professionally led informative and skill-building workshops that will address a range of concerns, interests, and needs of caregiving. LSLA will be present to provide materials to the community.
