Request for Quotes: LACI Marketing and Branding Assistance

Lone Star Legal Aid (LSLA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to support the refinement and standardization of training and outreach materials for LACI (Legal Aid Content Intelligence), an internal software system designed to help keep legal self-help content current and accurate.

The selected vendor will work closely with LSLA’s Innovation Team and Communications Department to enhance existing materials, including training slides, short-form videos, and user guides, while ensuring consistency with LSLA branding, messaging, and communications standards. This collaboration will focus on creating polished, user-friendly, and adaptable materials that LSLA and partner organizations can maintain and customize over time.

This initiative aims to improve the clarity, accessibility, and consistency of LACI training resources while supporting broader adoption of the platform across legal aid organizations. The successful vendor will provide template development, visual and content alignment, and guidance to support the long-term sustainability of materials.
