Join Lone Star Legal Aid’s Civil Matters in Criminal Justice Unit on August 1, 2026, for a live virtual outreach presentation focused on expunctions, nondisclosures, and expanding access to record clearing in Texas. LSLA, in partnership with Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas and other organizations, is helping develop a new statewide tool designed to make record clearing information and resources more accessible to the public. During this presentation, attendees will learn about eligibility for expunctions and nondisclosures, the record clearing process, and upcoming innovations that aim to help Texans move forward with greater opportunities for employment, housing, education, and professional licensing.
