Lone Star Legal Aid is proud to partner with the Harris County Office of Managed Assigned Counsel and Harris County Commissioner Precinct 2 for the second annual Defend Your Rights event on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Baldree Community Center (13828 Corpus Christi St, Houston, TX 77015).
This event will bring together essential legal rights information, services, and resources to support the community. Lone Star Legal Aid will be on-site to provide record-clearing assistance to eligible attendees.

In partnership with Baker Ripley, volunteers for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) will prepare tax returns for qualified households. Staff from Lone Star Legal Aid will be on site to provide information on our services and how to apply for assistance.
