Community Pollution Reporter

The Community Pollution Reporter allows individuals across 72 counties in the Eastern and Gulf Coast regions of Texas to report various types of pollution like odors, releases, water pollution, air pollutants, and noise from facilities in their neighborhoods.

Individuals can use the Community Pollution Reporter to make a report anonymously; however, to ensure that we will have some point of contact, we encourage users to include their contact information so that we are able to follow up with them. Each person making a report through the tool will get a copy of the report submitted and information on where they can follow up.

Once a report is filed, our Environmental Justice team will follow up with the individual, community partners in the area, and engage with local, state, and national regulatory authorities.

The tool is available in over 100 languages to make the application more accessible. It is available online and on mobile platforms.
