Community Justice Worker – Initial Social Security Application Flyer

This flyer is about Initial Social Security Application Certification, a free, self-paced training offered through the Community Justice Workers of Texas Program by Texas RioGrande Legal Aid and Lone Star Legal Aid. Designed for staff and volunteers at partner organizations, the certification equips participants with the knowledge and tools to help community members navigate SSI and SSDI applications, avoid common barriers, and connect with legal aid when appropriate. Eligible participants may also qualify for a needs-based $500 stipend.
