FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HOUSTON, TX — Murder, mystery, and mayhem are on the menu this August as Night Court presents Dial L for Lawyer, its latest original musical comedy benefiting Houston-area legal charities, including Lone Star Legal Aid’s Military & Veterans Unit.
Notorious Houston lawyer and socialite Paul Broodman is hosting the gala of the season at his River Oaks mansion—and getting an invitation to this swanky party is to die for. Literally.
As a violent storm rages outside and isolates the partygoers inside Broodman’s Clue-like mansion, the glamorous evening takes a deadly turn. Audiences are invited to join Night Court for a hilarious night of legal-themed musical comedy, mystery, and entertainment, all while helping support access to justice for veterans and military families.
Proceeds from Night Court help support Lone Star Legal Aid’s Military & Veterans Unit, which provides free civil legal services to eligible veterans, active-duty service members, and military families facing legal challenges that can threaten their stability and well-being.
“We are grateful to Night Court for its continued support of our work on behalf of veterans and military families,” said Paul E. Furrh, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Lone Star Legal Aid. “The funds raised through this unique Houston tradition help our advocates provide critical legal assistance to those who have served our country and their families.”
Tickets purchased through Lone Star Legal Aid’s promotional link directly support the organization’s Military & Veterans Unit.
